Receiving your membership confirmation emails

Some people haven’t sent us their badge information yet, but they have purchased memberships to the convention.  We are going through and figuring out who hasn’t sent us their information for badges, but I’m hoping this helps to clear up some confusion as well as helping the co-chairs get your badge information correct.

When you get your Brick Fiesta memberships, we email links where you can enter your badge information; those emails are sent to the email address for your PayPal account.

If you’ve ordered your memberships, but do you not think you’ve received your email from us asking for your badge details, PLEASE check the email account attached to your PayPal account for the links to enter in your badge information.  The email is likely there, and it would have been sent by customer.support@brickfiesta.com.  It might also be in your spam folder, you never know.

If it is not there, please contact customer.support@brickfiesta.com

This will save us a lot of time, and you a lot of frustration 🙂
