Brick Fiesta 2011 had events and MOC displays. MOC (my own creation) is just terminology to describe a custom creation made of LEGO parts that is made from the builder’s own design (and not LEGO produced instructions).
Certain events (e.g. Sumobot) were a contest. And there was voting to determine the best MOCs in several categories.
